Overnight, COVID-19 created a demand for flexible lessons that can be taught virtually. Teachers everywhere are now being asked to develop new curricula for an unpredictable future. That's where STEMscopes science writers like Lindsay enter the picture.

Lindsay has contributed to our science writing team since the summer of 2014. She has developed lessons for students from Florida to California, and most places in between. She is very creative and works tirelessly to ensure that teachers across the country have materials that are truly aligned to their specific state standards. She is regularly called upon to review the work of other writers through her meticulous lens. "I really like being able to see what other states are doing for standards and curriculum. I also like that my detail-oriented-ness (totally a word) is appreciated!"
